Meet the Team

As Senior Project Manager based in the Mold office, I work with a team of engineers, developers and consultants to deliver projects across QPC.

Most of my time outside of work is spent with my family and making the most of days out with our Whippet, Jeff. I always have a book on the go and have too many favourites to mention!

Favourite movies; The Lord of the Rings trilogy and the classics like Cocktail, Top Gun and the Rocky series.

As Group Managing Director, I focus on ensuring our team and technology deliver the highest quality interaction data to power game-changing customer experience (CX) solutions for our partners and customers. My role involves guiding our strategic direction, supporting innovation, and fostering a culture of excellence across the business

Staying active is important to me—I enjoy boxing and functional strength & conditioning gym work. I also like swimming, walking, and cycling. I take my health seriously and always strive to eat well. Beyond fitness, I have an active social life and regularly enjoy dining out with friends and family.

My musical tastes are broad and varied. My favourite film is The Usual Suspects. While I tend to be too impatient to sit down with a book, I enjoy listening to audiobooks, particularly non-fiction autobiographies.

I have extensive experience with large global resellers and enterprises in both the US and UK markets, which hopefully adds relevant insight into my role as an Account Director/Europe. I’m focusing on strategic partnerships that enable clients to best optimise their ROI through our Tracxion CCaaS and UCaaS solutions.

To me, relationships are penultimate to our success, and I strive to achieve the strongest communications across our accounts. I strive to provide exemplary service and measurable value in true partnership fashion.

I’ve been known to have the odd piano and flute tracks on Spotify. I love to entertain/host friends and travel. I also volunteer at various kids/youth clubs locally.

My role is to keep our key partners and customers happy, introducing solutions which improve and enhance customer experience at every touchpoint with targeted insight.

I enjoy singing, photography, and exploring as much of the world as I can.

I like all music genres, anything upbeat, from country to jazz to classical.

I tend to favour non-mainstream films like the classic Italian film Cinema Paradiso.

I love reading, most recent read is “When all is said” by Anne Griffin.

I’m the head of Product Development. I lead the development team to design and develop modern, secure software solutions for the enterprise. My role also covers strategic IT planning/design and ISO 27001 compliance.

I enjoy DIY projects around the home - big and small.

We have a close friendship circle and enjoy socialising, including caravan trips away and long dog walks. I love motorsports, especially F1 and Le Mans 24 hrs.

My all-time favourite band is Iron Maiden - but my music taste is very broad! I spend most of my time listening to music. I also enjoy going to the Isle of Wight festival.

As the Lead Solutions Consultant, I stand at the crossroads of innovation and strategy. I thrive on crafting tailored solutions, guiding pre-sales journeys, and welcoming new clients into our ecosystem with clarity and confidence. My path began in South Africa, and three years ago, I brought my passion for problem-solving and people to the UK, where I continue to grow in this ever-evolving landscape.

When the laptop closes, my spirit opens to the world. I love to travel, wandering scenic trails, and uncovering the hidden gems of unfamiliar places. I believe every journey is a story waiting to be told.

My heart beats to the rhythm of 80s rock anthems. For movies, I enjoy gritty, quick-witted movies like Snatch and Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels – anything with chaos with charisma!

My role is all about support - in many forms and across many areas. I’m here to help wherever I can make a difference, whether that’s behind the scenes or right in the mix.

Outside of work, I enjoy the simple things: being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and making my own bread (nothing beats the smell of a loaf straight from the oven).

Fleetwood Mac is always a go-to soundtrack, The Bridges of Madison County is a longtime favourite, and when it comes to books, it’s usually the one I’m reading right now that I love most.

With over 40 years in customer experience delivery, I’m proud to be part of a team driving positive change. As the Americas lead, I’m hands-on across the full customer journey - from sourcing and sales through to contracting, delivery, and strategic support. Building strong relationships with current and future clients is what drives me every day.

Outside of work, I’ve been a Buffalo Bills fan since 1971 and still going strong. I play golf (badly, but I keep up) and enjoy time with my family whenever I can.

I love 80s music most, with country and rock not far behind. I steer clear of horror, but I’m all in on action thrillers and series like Ted Lasso and FUBAR. I’m also a fan of cooking shows - I love to cook. When it comes to books, historical fiction is my go-to, but Atlas Shrugged tops the list as a must-read.

I’m the Commercial Manager at QPC and part of the senior management team. I’ve been around a while and tend to pop up here, there and everywhere – supporting bids, contracts, and comms, and helping to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, I love being outdoors – especially early morning walks before work – and I’m a massive foodie. Cooking, eating, watching cooking shows… if it involves food, I’m in.

It’s my way to switch off and unwind.

I love a good musical and a sing along when nobody is listening, I don’t have much of an attention span for films, and prefer a good audiobook to wind down.

I’m QPC’s AWS & Product Specialist. Day to day, I manage our AWS infrastructure across all regions, making sure systems are running smoothly and reliably. I’m also deeply involved in project work - making sure requirements are met and products are deployed seamlessly.

I’m a big Stephen King fan and aim to read at least one book a week. I also love spending time with my children - whether it’s cheering my son on at rugby matches or exploring the beautiful Dorset countryside.

I enjoy older music like The Beatles, The Who, and Elvis, but I’m also into newer artists like Ren. My favourite film is Serenity - I’m a bit of a sci-fi geek. And my favourite book is 11.22.63 by Stephen King. If you haven’t read it, I highly recommend it!

As the Operations Director stationed in the charming Mold office, I lead the Support, Project, and Implementation teams. I'm also responsible for data security and overseeing the company's IT infrastructure.

When I'm not glued to my desk, you'll find me supporting the Carlton Football Club in the AFL and cheering for the Melbourne Storm in the NRL.

I'm a big fan of cinematic masterpieces like 'Heat,' the quirky charm of 'The Castle,' and the inspiring journey in 'The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.'

I enjoy reading gripping crime novels by the likes of Michael Connelly, Ian Rankin, and James Patterson.

With over 15 years at QPC, I bring a passion for customer-focused solution design and seamless project implementation. My current role is Technical Design Authority with a strong focus on Tracxion. I ensure robust solutions that bridge Sales and Projects, helping to deliver outcomes that are both smooth and profitable.

When I’m not at work, you’ll likely find me at a cricket match, night fishing, or enjoying time at the pub. I’m a long-suffering Aston Villa fan and love making memories on family adventures with my two children. My favourite band is Guns N’ Roses, I never get tired of Last of the Mohicans, and I’m a big fan of Shangani Patrol by John Wilcox.
